Policies

Your access to and use of ExoticSportbike.com and/or any orders placed through Exotic Sportbike via telephone, facsimile (fax), email, or any other means with us are subject to the policies stated in this legal notice. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the ExoticSportbike.com site. These policies are subject to change from time to time without notice by updating or revising this legal notice. You are responsible for reviewing the ExoticSportbike.com site for any modifications to these terms and conditions that may affect your rights or obligations. Any access or use after changes to these terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. We reserve the right to change a price without notice based on supply. We are not responsible for clerical, printing and/or web publishing errors.  Please call for current, accurate pricing.

 

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are ever any problems with an order you receive from us or you wish to return, exchange or cancel an item, don't hesitate to immediately email or call us to resolve the problem.

 

Return Policy

Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before making any returns. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If a product is shipped back to us without a properly authorized RMA number, the package will be refused and you may be subject to additional charges from the company that you shipped with. No RMA will be issued after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Number you must complete a Return Authorization Request Form. To obtain this form please contact Customer Service or email customerservice@exoticsportbike.com. Be sure to fill in all information completely, including the part number you wish to return. Exotic Sportbike will respond with an RMA number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the return box or it will be refused.  After you receive your RMA number you must return it to us within 10 days.   All products must be returned in original condition and in new saleable condition.  Merchandise must be in original, new, unused, unworn condition in its original packaging, cartons/bags, with all tags and instructions. “New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. After receipt of goods, Exotic shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Exotic does not accept the goods as being returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Returning products may be required to be shipped to a different address other than the original shipping warehouse location. There are absolutely no returns on custom orders.  All sales are final on discontinued and blowout items.  There will be a 20% restock fee charged on all returns and exchanges.  A refund check will be issued, store credit will be applied toward future purchases, or the merchandise may be exchanged or replaced at Exotic Sportbike’s option.  All international credits will be applied in the form of store credit.  Shipping charges are not refundable. All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise must be paid by the customer, and you will be charged for re-shipment on exchanges.  Exotic Sportbike is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. It is highly recommended that you insure the return package.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels an order after the invoice has been created and the charge card has been processed, a 20% cancellation fee will be imposed to process the cancellation. This policy covers any items ordered but not delivered to the customer. You must obtain a Cancellation Authorization (CA) number before making any cancellations.  No cancellations will be accepted without a valid CA number.  If you have already received the product, you will need to fill out a Return Authorization Request Form to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. If a product is shipped back to us or refused upon delivery without a properly authorized CA or RMA number, the package will be refused and you may be subject to additional charges from the shipping carrier.  To obtain a Cancellation Authorization (CA) Number please fill out this Cancellation Authorization Request Form. Be sure to fill in all information completely, including the part number you wish to cancel.  Exotic Sportbike will respond with a CA number.  There are absolutely no cancellations or returns on custom orders.  All sales are final on discontinued and blowout items.  Merchandise that has been special ordered and not normally stocked by us will not be eligible for cancellation.  There is a 20% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders.  A refund check will be issued, store credit will be applied toward future purchases, or the merchandise may be exchanged or replaced at Exotic Sportbike’s option.  All international credits will be applied in the form of store credit.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All shipping charges that apply to the return, exchange, or cancellation of merchandise must be paid by the customer, and you will be charged for re-shipment on exchanges.  Exotic Sportbike is not responsible for packages lost or damaged on any unauthorized refused shipments.  All orders are charged at time of placing order. Exotic shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. No exceptions.

 

Blowout / Clearance Policy:
”Blowout” items have been drastically reduced and in order to provide you with these savings we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on these items.  Where the Blowout Logo appears, please be aware that you will not be able to return, exchange, or cancel the item unless you received it damaged or defective (please see our Damaged Merchandise Policy). Shipment And Delivery:
All orders are charged at time of placing order. All parts come directly from the manufacturer.  We DO NOT manufacture any parts whatsoever.  The vast majority of our parts are in stock.  For special orders please contact one of our associates for an estimated delivery time.  Exotic Sportbike shall not be responsible for any late shipments.  Shipping date estimates are given by the manufacturer and relayed to the customer.  We DO NOT have any control over the production process; therefore we do not guarantee any shipping estimates.  ALL SHIPPING DATES GIVEN ARE APPROXIMATE.  Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

 

Damaged Merchandise:
All goods are carefully packaged and shipped in good condition.  Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier.  UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877 and FEDEX can be reached at 1-800-463-3339.  If you have any questions regarding damage claim procedures, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

 

Pricing Policies:

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Our prices DO NOT include shipping. New Jersey residents must add 6% sales tax to their order. We reserve the right to change a price without notice based on supply. We are not responsible for clerical, printing and/or web publishing errors.


Product Policies:

Motorcycles can be dangerous. Always wear appropriate safety gear. The products we sell are designed for your safety but are not guaranteed to protect you from all hazards of riding. Use good judgment when riding and don't exceed your own abilities. ExoticSportbike.com has no control over the use of any part or product. ExoticSportbike.com therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. ExoticSportbike.com assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the use or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products. We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. Our product lines change as the manufactures and distributors product lines change. We make no warranty as to the products we sell, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. However, we will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties.

 
Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. When using credit cards, the name and billing address associated with your card must match exactly what you enter on our payment information page or we will not accept the order.

 

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy

If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank!
